Does it cost me any extra money to utilize Hoper?
There is no extra cost Hoper follows standard FHA rate. There is not extra fee for you to use this program and no deduction on your commision.
How long does the Process take?
We like to introduce borrowers to the program in pre-approval process. But we can do these loan with a 5 day notice before closing if needed.
What size & type of companies do you work with?
We work with businesses of all sizes, from Individual Loan officers to Large Retail groups. Our services are customized to suit the needs of every FHA borrower and boost production for any Loan Officer.
Where are you located?
We are based in Arizona, but we collaborate with clients nation wide. Thanks to remote tools, we can provide services wherever you’re located.
